The SmartVault Toolbar integrates smoothly with QuickBooks^® on Swizznet,  making it easy to go paperless and attach and view documents for 30 types of entries in QuickBooks^®.

The SmartVault Inbox can be used by clients or other business users outside of Swizznet. Your clients or other business users can quickly and easily use a local scanner to convert paper files to digital format and scan their documents into the SmartVault Inbox. When they scan their documents into the SmartVault Inbox, their documents are quickly and securely uploaded into a secure folder on your SmartVault portal. Clients outside of your hosting environment can also quickly and easily upload documents into your SmartVault portal by dragging and dropping files and emails from Outlook 2003 or later into the SmartVault Inbox.
