We use the very latest Citrix XenApp technology with 256-bit encryption to provide our users with an experience that is both reliable and secure, with no unscheduled down time.   

Continuous & Offsite Backups.
All of your live data on our system is continuously being backed up onsite and offsite.  A continuous backup means that your data is being backed up every 30 minutes. Every 30 minute backups are available for the previous 24 hours. Daily backups are available for 30 days. Monthly backups are available for up to one year previous.  We do not backup QuickBooks backup (.qbb) files on the system - only live QuickBooks files. There is no need to manually backup your data on the system. If you would like to make manual backups you are still welcome to do so and move them to the local computer for archiving and storage.

Secure SSAE 16 Datacenters.
Our system is located in a secure SSAE 16 facility with every conceivable natural and human disaster in mind. The facility offers reliable connectivity, fast connection speeds and virtually no downtime. We evaluated many of the top data center facilities in the country and determined that this facility's commitment to service and available resources were perfectly in line with Swizznet’s core values and expectations for high quality service and reliability for our users. All of our systems are mirrored to a secondary SSAE 16 data center in a geographically diverse location to provide true disaster recovery.

Redundant Firewalls.
We use the best Cisco firewalls to protect your data and we use them redundantly so that if there is ever a problem with one, another would immediately take its place to ensure seamless protection.

Encrypted SSL Gateway.
Our system is protected with a Site Safe SSL certificate with a $1,000,000 guarantee for our users.

PCI Compliance.
If you process credit cards via QuickBooks®, you are required to be compliant with the PCI DSS standards for security.  At Swizznet, we do things like monthly port scanning certified by Coalfire to help you remove the liability and ensure that we are as safe and secure as online banking. User Permissioning and Controls.
We can setup special permissions so that each user is only able to see and access the information that is appropriate for them. User accounts can be immediately disabled when an employee is terminated or the need arises.

Drag and Drop Secure File Transfer Capability & Document Management.
Our system allows you to easily and securely, drag and drop files via an encrypted connection between your local machine and your secure Swizznet storage drive. In addition, we offer document management with the ability to scan source documents and other materials via an encrypted connection to your network drive so that everyone can have secure access to the information they need anytime, anywhere.

You can truly access your accounting application and files from anywhere - even if you don’t have a computer with you. Swizznet offers apps for the iPad, iPhone, Blackberry, Droid, and Windows Mobile devices so you can securely stay connected no matter where your business takes you.
