Access to Office is included so that you can seamlessly export reports from QuickBooks® and do all your work up on the online accounting system. We have both Office 2003 and 2007 available and can customize your access based on which version you own a license to.

Adobe Reader gives you the ability to easily open and view PDF documents on your Swizznet virtual desktop.
- Secure Data Storage with Off-site, Continuous Back-Up
Data storage limits are never a problem. We provide our users with top-tier unlimited data storage (for all QB, MS Office and PDF files) and a continuous off-site backup. We backup all live data files every 30 minutes and offsite the data once a day. We do not backup QuickBooks© backup (.QBB) files and there is no need to make a manual backup of your files on the system.
Software License Rentals Available
- QuickBooks© Software
If you or your users do not own the required QuickBooks© licenses, you may rent the 2009-2011 QuickBooks© Pro license for $7.50/month/user and the QuickBooks© Premier license for $12/month/user. Renting the license means you'll always have access to the latest version of the software available on our system.
- Document Management
Add access to our direct scanning and document management program for $4.50/month/user. This includes the software license for this program on a rented basis so you always have access to the latest version of this program.
